Nevermind, figured out what you meant. Was another ordering bug in AdministrationPage, $this->Form was being appended to $this->Contents before the delegate fired.

I also noted that Authors (not developers) can’t change their password nor their credentials (since there is no save-button) in System » Authors. Is this a bug or a feature?

I just provided it at the end for maximum flexibility so that extensions can add whatever they want to the form with no restrictions.
Which delegate are you trying to manipulate the form with?
