Members 1.0 RC2

This release fixes a couple of last minute bugs discovered from testers on Github:

• #141 - Trying to view a Members event with no Email Template extensions installed cause a blank screen
• #143 - After saving a Role, and then resaving it, all Create New options will be checked
• #144 - All Event Filters were functionality incorrectly, this may of also affected Login.

The release date remains unchanged, June 1st.

I've pushed a couple of minor commits that tidy up a copy of documentation and style inconsistencies and an error when viewing the Generate events with no Email Templates.

We've got version 1.0, all future discussion should carry on in this thread
